Delivery, Refund & Returns Policy

SPR Hub sends all orders using a Print-On-Demand service: Printful

If any damages or losses occur in transit, compensation will be paid by Printful.

Fulfilment of orders on this store is handled by The Printful (theprintful.com), which is responsible for printing the designs onto the items you purchase.  Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful’s investigation and discretion.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Printful will review replacement/return requests only (a) if there will be missing or broken Product, or a print error if it is Printful’s fault and (b) if Printful will receive a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered to the Customer (or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing).

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellation Policy
